It all begins with the Hawaii Food & Wine Festival, Oct. 14-30, followed by the Hawaii International Film Festival, Nov. 3-14, and concludes with Honolulu Fashion Week from Nov. 10-12. The Hawai`i Food & Wine Festival, billed as the premier epicurean destination event in the Pacific, takes place over three weekends on multiple islands. The event features a roster of more than 100 internationally-renowned master chefs, culinary personalities, and wine and spirit producers. The Festival on Hawaii Island, Maui, and Oahu will showcase wine tastings, cooking demonstrations, one-of-a-kind excursions, and exclusive dining opportunities with dishes highlighting the state’s local famers, fishermen, and ranchers.

HIFF, considered the premier film festival in the Pacific, celebrates its 36th anniversary this year. The festival screens around 1,000 films each year from approximately 40 different countries, selecting about 150 features, documentaries, and film shorts to showcase during the festival run. HIFF seeks to recognize new and emerging talent, promote career development, and original collaborations through educational programs and by facilitating a dynamic cultural exchange through the cinema arts.

The third annual HONOLULU Fashion Week presented by Hawaiian Airlines will highlight Hawaii’s emerging, established and legacy fashion designers, as well as other nationally and internationally-renowned designers. The four-day event held at the Hawaii Convention Center will also feature top models appearing from New York and Japan, VIP events, pop-up boutiques, exclusive merchandise, and other fashionable happenings. Last year’s event attracted more than 8,000 attendees.
